Our Story
Hi, y’all! We are Justin and Christian Cooper, the owners and founders of Ultimate Landscape Supply and Nursery. Justin has always had an affinity for growth – in the plant world and business as well. He grew up on a farm and first began growing a mowing business at a very young age. From there he grew into the landscaping field, where he saw a need for a local nursery that would house shrubs and trees often needed for landscaping.
The timing was not quite right yet – so he continued growing his business into our sister company, Ultimate Ground Works, which encompasses mowing, landscaping, excavating and more. During this time, Justin and Christian met, eventually married and added our two golden retrievers Lucy and Blue.
Over the years Christian worked alongside Justin mowing, landscaping, and gardening where her love for plants and growth began. Fast forward a few more years and we are blessed enough to purchase our current location, a perfect retail spot for greenhouses, and the preparation began!
We officially opened in spring of 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, as if a new business is not stressful enough – throw that in there and things definitely get interesting! It was a crazy year, but the response exceeded any expectation that we had and we quickly learned that so many people love and appreciate plants – just like us!
